In fact, it’s believed that one of the golf holes in their beautiful golf course is actually in Nassau County. That’s how close it is!!

There is a free movie event again this week but this time it’s at the East Meadow Public Library – this Tuesday, June 9th from 6pm to 9:30pm sponsored by the East Meadow Public Library and the Long Island Film/TV Foundation and hosted by ME! I’ve programmed two separate film blocks entitled “Best Of The Fest” from our 2014 film festival. All short films, with the first block presented @ 6pm and the second block presented @ 8pm. Participating filmmakers and yours truly will host a Q&A immediately following each film block. This is our 4th year offering this free program. All are welcome!!

There is a free movie event at the Elmont Public Library this Tuesday, June 2nd from 1pm to 9pm sponsored by The Elmont Public Library, The Elmont Chamber of Commerce and The Long Island Film/TV Foundation and hosted by ME! The North Shore Towers Cinema is located in the center building – called Beaumont – of a trio of buildings you see off the Lakeville Road South Exit 25 off the Northern State Parkway. It is located just a few hundred feet from the Nassau County border in Floral Park in Queens. In fact, it’s believed that one of the golf holes in their beautiful golf course is actually in Nassau County. That’s how close it is!!
