Last Saturday, December 6th, Larry Chance & The Earls were “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree” @ 8pm. “Remember Then” was their signature song and when they sang it, the audience (and me too) was on their feet!! A great bunch of guys. I didn’t know that one of the original members was drafted and never came home from the War. They dedicated a song to him and it was a lovely emotional moment. They do it at every concert just for him. If anyone on this email list attended I’d love to hear your feedback on this show.

Plaza Theatrical Productions for children is on our stage this weekend with “Scrooge” on Sunday, December 14th. Performance time is 1pm. On Saturdays, December 20th & 27th as well as on the 28th, 30th & 31st, Plaza Theatrical Productions will be proud to present “Annie Jr.” @ 11am with the exception of the 28th when it will be presented @ 1pm.
For their next mainstage presentation, Plaza Theatrical Productions will be offering “Plaza Suite” scheduled for January 25th and February 1st of 2015.

On Black Friday, November 28th there is a free screening of “The LEGO Movie” sponsored by Santa Claus and the Bellmore Chamber of Commerce. Santa arrives by fire truck at 11am and he usually has candy canes for all the children and holds wish court on our stage just before the movie. Feel free to join, everyone!! If you miss this one, the Malverne Cinema hosts the same movie in conjunction with the Malverne Merchants & Professional Association on Saturday, December 6th. Times to be announced.

On Friday, December 5th @ 8pm, Friend Entertainment and the Bellmore Movies are proud to present the live tribute concert “Fleetwood Macked” – a real tribute to that wonderful group Fleetwood Mac.
